Combine at least four vegetables: two vegetables from the roasting list and at least two vegetables from the soft list. Use a 2 quart tiny crock pot and any organic soup base of your choice. There are only two to three steps for preparing your soup once all the vegetables are chopped. All you will need is a chopping knife, tiny crock pot, and chopped or riced vegetables.
